Leadership at Our Hotel Management Firm

Matthew Kim founded Gateway Hotels & Consulting after successfully working 19 years in the industry covering every area of operations and sales. He started out at the front desk of a full service hotel while attending college, not realizing he would eventually become the Director of Sales and the General Manager of that same full service hotel one day.
Matthew has held regional positions in both operations and sales before coming to his last job as VP of Sales & Operations  with a hotel company out of California. Through his experiences and interactions with hotel owners, Matthew realized there was a big need in the industry to offer hotel management and consulting services with an approach that really caters to the needs of the client.  We don't just manage hotels, we take the hotel to a new level.  Better sales, happier employees, and satisfied clients is what we deliver.
Now with a staff of professionals who have the same vision as Matthew does, Gateway Hotels & Consulting is a leader in the industry with satisfied clients throughout the United States.
